The moultrie is made up of passionate business leaders who are focused on the development of the reputation of Raymond Terrace as a retail destination and the development of community spirit and social and economic self-confidence in the region.

Our Role

The Role of moultrie is to actively pursue opportunities to promote Raymond Terrace as the place for the establishment of businesses that will provide jobs for the younger generation, at the same time maintaining and improving education and existing business skills needed by employers and employees.

Aims

  1. To represent the business interests of members including individual, body and organisations by presenting a unified voice on major issues and objectives to the three levels of Government, the community and other Industry Associations
  2. To work in a co-operative and coherent manner for the benefit of all members by providing a forum for members to expresss ideas and opinions.
  3. To access reliable information on issues relevant to local business throughout Raymond Terrace and surrounds.
  4. To access a wide range of services for the benefit of members, including utilising our affiliation arrangement with the NSW Business Chamber, to mutual advantage
  5. To comment on issues relevant to local business and members.

Marketing Raymond Terrace

The moultrie is currently implementing the “Marketing Raymond Terrace” project thanks to funding support from the NSW Department of State and Regional Development (DSRD) and Business Port Stephens. The activities included in the Marketing Raymond Terrace project were identified from the recommendations of the
